How We Handle Project Management

Welcome to the Evolve Family! We're thrilled to have you on board and can't wait to embark on this exciting journey together.

We're here to help you manage the design of your platform and website, and to ensure that everything runs smoothly, we have a few systems in place.

Here's a quick rundown of how we'll handle your project:


Project Management:

Our team will oversee your tasks within our own system. You'll be able to view the tasks, monitor the time spent, and provide feedback.

Within each task, you'll find a dedicated space for you to leave comments and see our queries.
This is our primary method of managing the project.
Please note that we'll handle the creation of new tasks as needed, so there's no need for you to create tasks on your end.


Ticket Management:

We use a ticket system on our platform to help manage platform questions and issues. You can access it here https://evolvepreneur.app/ticket/  .

Feel free to raise tickets for any issues or questions outside the abovementioned tasks. To ensure efficiency, we kindly ask that you stay on topic with each ticket, as different members of our team handle different areas of our business.

Generally, we don't charge for ticket assistance unless it is consulting.

What about new projects or tasks?

If you have a new task or project for us, the best first step is to create a ticket here detailing what you need https://evolvepreneur.app/ticket/ .
This will alert our team, and we'll respond accordingly. If the task is related to something we've already started in the task management system, please respond in the comments for that task.


Please remember:

We encourage you to communicate via tickets or task comments. Sending direct emails might slow down some tasks as we'll need to transfer the information from the email to our system.
