Here's What The Task Module Can Do!

Overview

The task module is designed to be an integral part of your platform and is integrated into many areas of the system. Here's what you can do:

  • Create a standalone task
  • Create and connect a task to a project
  • Auto Create a task in a survey
  • Auto Create a task after a purchase
  • Link and Create tasks in Lessons
  • Create a task from a Support Ticket

Task Features Include...

At the time you create a task, you have additional options you can choose:

  • Task Owner
  • Task Workers
  • Link to a Project
  • Knowledge Base Article (for example, details on how to do this task)
  • Start Date
  • Deadline Date
  • Status
  • Priority
  • Task Notes
  • Attachments
  • Create as Template and use again
  • Recurring Tasks
  • Billable Task (connected to the billing points system when logging time)

Task Comments

Once a task is created you are free to make comments and other users who are attached to this task can also comment. Every comment is automatically emailed to all parties associated with the task.

Log Time

You can also optionally log time against a task and deduct points/hours off the Task Owner's balance.
