Objective: This procedure will guide you on how to direct your domain name to our servers using Cloudflare. Please note that this process will involve deleting all existing records, except if you are using email. We are primarily concerned with 'A' records in this procedure.

Requirements:

1. An active Cloudflare account.
2. Access to the domain you wish to direct to our servers.

Procedure:

1. Login to Cloudflare:

   • Visit the Cloudflare website at https://www.cloudflare.com/.
   • Click on the 'Log In' button located at the top right corner of the page.
   • Enter your email address and password, then click 'Log In'.

2. Choose Your Domain:

   • Once logged in, you will be directed to your Cloudflare dashboard.
   • From the list of your domains, select the domain you wish to direct to our servers.

3. Delete All Existing Records:

   • Navigate to the 'DNS' tab in the dashboard.
   • You will see a list of your DNS records.
   • Unless you are using email, delete all existing records by clicking on the 'X' or 'Delete' button next to each record.
   • Confirm the deletion when prompted.

4. Add A Record with '@':

   • Still on the 'DNS' tab, click on the 'Add record' button.
   • From the 'Type' dropdown menu, select 'A'.
   • In the 'Name' field, enter '@'.
   • In the 'IPv4 address' field, enter 139.99.166.180.
   • Make sure the 'Proxy status' is set to 'DNS only' (this turns the proxy off).
   • Click on the 'Save' button to add the record.

5. Add A Record with 'www':

   • Click on the 'Add record' button again.
   • From the 'Type' dropdown menu, select 'A'.
   • In the 'Name' field, enter 'www'.
   • In the 'IPv4 address' field, enter 139.99.166.180.
   • Make sure the 'Proxy status' is set to 'DNS only' (this turns the proxy off).
   • Click on the 'Save' button to add the record.
