Podcast Guest Host - Terms and Conditions

What is the Overall Concept?

We offer the role of hosting podcast interviews on a "guest host" basis where we have a pool of podcast hosts taking our guest interviews we generate.

The show will be called "Evolvepreneur - After Hours" designed for a broader audience of online entrepreneurs but focused on coaches, consultants, authors, podcast hosts and agency/done for you services.

The Guest Host's primary objective is to create an interesting interview with the Guest of approximately 20-30 minutes. The show is recorded like a radio show so all content is included and shouldn't require any editing.

This is an unpaid role, but the Guest Host has the opportunity to make a referral commission as follows:

  • 3% Referral Commission for Author Services (US$12k to US$22k) = US$360 to US$660
  • 7.50% Referral Commission for #1 International Best Seller Campaign (US$4k) = US$300
  • 5% Referral Commission for Evolvepreneur.app initial packages (US$6k to US$20k) = US$300 to US$1,000

At the end of the interview, if a Guest Host sees an opportunity to refer one of our products or services they make note of it in the OUTCOME Survey and any commission is paid accordingly within 14 days of cleared payment of the sale.

What are the Host Requirements and Responsibilities?

  • Must commit to hosting at least 3-5 x 1 Hour Interviews per week and maintain the calendar to show availability.
  • Must be reliable: gain our approval before any cancellations are made, if this becomes an issue the Guest Host will be cancelled.
  • Interviews will be booked on our calendar system but we can also CC the invites to be added to Guest Host's calendar system
  • MANDATORY: Undertake our "On Demand" Podcast Guide Host Training (approx 3 Hours)
  • OPTIONAL: Undertake our "On Demand" Podcast Guide Host Sales Training (approx 10-15 hours)
  • Use our inhouse Evolvepreneur My Episode System
  • Follow our general interview scripts for the show
  • Complete the episode outcome survey at the end of each interview
  • Upload the audio file of the completed episode and schedule for release

How does it work?

  • Podcast Guest makes an application on our platform
  • Podcast Guest is approved
  • Podcast Guest is sent a group calendar link from OnceHub
  • Guest Books a time on your provided calendar
  • Podcast Guest HOST: can access via "My Episodes" area
  • Podcast Guest HOST: Record/Upload the episode
  • Podcast Guest HOST: Schedule Episode
  • Podcast Guest HOST: Detail any outcomes on the Survey (built into the Episode)
  • If a referral is made for our services we record this and if a sale happens you receive a referral commission
