Terms and Conditions
-
Evolvepreneur Platform Requirement: To use the AI BOT Brain, you must have an Evolvepreneur Platform Plan for the creation of BOT training content.
-
12-Month Plan Expiry: Your plan will expire 13 months from the date of the public offering of the Chat Bot plan.
-
Monthly Price After 12 Months: After the initial 12-month period, you can continue to use the Chat Bot Module for a guaranteed price of US$99 per month for at least 5 years.
-
OPENAI API Calls: We allow you to use the OPENAI API for calls, which are significantly cheaper, but you are responsible for the costs.
-
Payment: After submitting your application, you will receive two invoices and be taken to a payment page. You need to make payment for BOTH invoices. Once this is done, we will start your setup and deployment.
-
Content Ownership: You retain complete ownership and control over the content and knowledge that powers your AI chatbot, or "BOT BRAIN." When you train your AI chatbot, or "BOT BRAIN," with us, the knowledge data you provide is used exclusively within your system and is not shared with any external parties. We utilize the power of OPENAI, a sophisticated AI model, to generate human-like text for your chatbot's conversations. However, this doesn't mean your data is shared or stored elsewhere. OPENAI simply aids in generating responses based on your knowledge data during individual interactions. Rest assured, your knowledge data remains secure within your system, ensuring your business's valuable insights are protected and private. See here: https://openai.com/policies/api-data-usage-policies
-
Subscription Termination: If the subscriptions are not maintained, your BOT Brain will cease to function, and there's a risk of losing your platform data. If you decide to take your data and move to a different platform, we can provide the necessary raw export files.
