Leks has 20 years of a unique combination of sports/fitness that require a certain level of discipline, self-control and tapping into our highest potential - the types of sports that require you to dig deep within and "unleash the beast mode" when needed: boxing, kickboxing, and bodybuilding.
Her experience in sports/fitness and nutrition space which puts her ahead of her competition as she uses that in combination with serious mental and emotional techniques and training that will MAKE YOU UNSTOPPABLE.
Besides being a health-nut, Leks is also a business owner. She has opened, built and ran a high-6-figure fitness studio and served hundreds of clients including a number of extreme-sports athletes, triathlon athletes, Tough Mudder athletes, Miss Tennessee, etc.
She has since sold her business and moved to online coaching space to help business owners and entrepreneurs overcome any mental barriers and become truly limitless. Some of them want to level up, some are looking to get their passion back. Either way, Leks helps them get where they want to go and a bit higher up.
