Christy is a national keynote speaker and award-winning entrepreneur. She is widely regarded as the go-to source on establishing a positive corporate culture, strategies to help leaders grow businesses successfully, as well as employee engagement and retention techniques.
Additionally, Christy has been invited to speak to organizations at events and conferences across the country including state trainings and seminars, leadership summits, and employer conferences. She has been featured in multiple thought-leadership articles for media and has been a keynote and guest speaker on nationwide podcasts and television programs. As a Health Access Advocate for the Immune Deficiency Foundation, Christy builds relationships with Public Policy Staff, State Legislators, and local media to promote education on IDF’s legislative agenda.
In addition to offering her insights as an advisory board member and serving as the CEO for numerous businesses, Christy also founded Next Level Connected, an organization focused on partnering with state agencies and private organizations to provide career opportunities to individuals with disabilities. As part of this community herself, Christy is very passionate about empowering others and promoting a workplace culture centered around diversity and inclusion.
