Rebecca is a serial entrepreneur in the sport of rowing crew. She started podcasting in 2013 and was blogging since 2007. Her latest venture is Faster Masters Rowing and focuses on older athletes who want fun and fitness from their workouts on the rowing machine and in rowing boats.
We have a 25,000 strong online community "Masters Rowing International" and we do sports training plans, webinars and educational services for older athletes.
