A visionary at heart, Deb’s ambition is to empower OTs, parents and educators to make sense of kids’ behaviour to help them understand the WHY behind challenging behaviour. Think of me as the Behaviour Detective who digs down into the nitty-gritty of life to find the real reasons for kids’ challenging behaviour. It’s important for you to understand that “behaviours” are really kids asking for help and support. And it’s up to us to correctly interpret the clues so we can help kids reach their full potential and thrive. I'm still in the parenting trenches, with 2 teens, so I really how tricky it is to be a parent and to decipher kids behaviour from day- to-day.
