About Me

In 2014, I was hit by a semi truck. I spent a year in bed and no one could heal me. I then became a Corrective Exercise Specialist to heal myself and launched a program to fill in the gaps of why the pain relief industry isn’t working. I am now the CEO of the work pain free program, where we have a staff of ergonomists, nutritionist, physical therapist, occupational therapist, a trauma coach and a peer support coach. By the end of this year we will be launching an app with a PT subscription service.
